Summary:In this article the media economic and social impact analyzes in the town of Usaquen, Bogota, during the execution of 40 hours Full time program, designed in the development plan "BOGOTA HUMAN 2012-2016" Mayor Gustavo Francisco Petro Urrego, during 2013 and 2014. To measure the economic impact indicators are designed based on the proposed goals of the program and a financial analysis is performed according to budget amounts awarded by the Institute of Sports and Recreation in Bogota (IDRD) the right to petition no. 201521000110382. In contrast, a structured survey to analyze the perception of the program to the school community, made up of four population groups in order to analyze the social impact was performed. The economic results are positive mainly for economic investment program, coverage of beneficiaries and interagency integration. In social outcomes, behavior change in the affected population, improving student attitudinal, affective relationship between parents and children, acceptance by staff and presented the Educational Institution.
