Summary: | The program activates pause at Club Campestre El Rancho, is aimed at improving the quality of the work experience of each sector to work and avoid the routine also prevent muscle injuries and physical and psychological stress, which could suffer employees, helping to maintain an optimal state of employee of the company; because in many cases, the staff reflected in their performance work flaws, this is how man has had the need to seek alternatives to improve their quality of life, reducing the risk for both physical and mental illnesses, caused mainly by high workloads (occupational diseases). Such is the case, the implementation of active breaks, they bring benefits to both companies in terms of production, and staff, because it is the best alternative to preserve the health of the worker and his welfare with ensure their quality of life. These alternatives are needed, and there are laws that imply that this condition is met in companies, because beyond production levels should be set as a priority the benefit of the employee, all this aims to establish sustainable development. That is why, in the next work seeks to highlight the participation of a professional in sports science, able to implement a program of active breaks, and various own activities sports management, for employees at Club Campestre El Rancho in Bogota. |
