Summary:One of the priorities of the educational institution, is to promote the sport within their community and to increase the level of education, and improve the style and quality of life of its members. Therefore, a curriculum of physical education, focused on sport and recreation was implemented, giving to this subject the importance and a professional approach, allowing truly develop the skills and abilities of the children, encouraging them to take awareness of the benefits it brings physical activity and sport. In the quest to improve the quality of life, helping the drive, physical and psychological development, strengthening their character and helping to educate better human beings, with clear life projects involving effort and sacrifice to achieve them. This is because physical education is not given due importance, because it is poorly focused and directed, not by professional athletes; and every director of the course focuses his way, without specific targets, because they lack the experience or the knowledge needed in the area.
