Description
Summary:Because organ transplantation has become a therapeutic option for the treatment of patients with chronic illnesses and the use of immunosuppressive drugs have allowed the success of therapy avoiding the immune rejection of the recipient to the implanted organ, it has been shown in recent years that the transplanted population has been presenting medical complications because of the onset of adverse reactions by interactions between the same immunosuppressants , pharmacokinetic and Farmacodinamicos factors and the little information that is counted to describe the safety profile of this type of medication. This is why this research work aims to characterize the adverse reactions of immunosuppressive drugs in transplant organs reported in Bogotá in the period 2008 to the first period of 2016. For this purpose, a type of observational study was used – descriptive with a quantitative approach to transactional cutting, as it was based on reports of adverse reactions of immunosuppressive drugs utilized by transplant patients who were reported in the district Pharmacovigilance program in Bogota City. Where a total of 190 cases were obtained, in which it was possible to show that the immunosuppressive drug that caused major adverse reactions in the transplanted population was tacrolimus, which mostly genera general alterations such as effect, lack of and death. It is concluded that the seriousness of the reported cases is serious-serious because transplanted patients suffered disability and hospitalization for the use of inmunospresores medications.
