El objetivo del presente documento es identificar las características del desarrollo de las capacidades de fuerza, resistencia, flexibilidad, balance y coordinación en kickboxing a partir de la literatura científica consultada. Se realizó una revisión de bases de para buscar artículos los cuales pudieran mostrar resultados de procesos de entrenamiento y competencias en las variables de fuerza, resistencia, flexibilidad, coordinación y balance; para esta búsqueda se revisan las bases de datos Google Scholar, Scopus, Science Direct, Sportdiscus, y Pubmed. Los resultados muestran que de las capacidades de mayor influencia en el Kickboxing son la resistencia, de la cual las principales variables evaluadas fueron frecuencia cardiaca obteniendo unos datos de 182.12±4.34 ppm y lactato en sangre con valores de 14.0 ± 1.8 Mm/Lt; y la fuerza de la cual la principal capacidad evaluada fue la fuerza miodinámica de miembros inferiores la cual fue medida con salto en contra movimiento y Squad Jump, obteniendo resultados de 25.28±4.39 cm y 34.5±6.8 cm respectivamente. Se concluye que la bibliografía relacionada al desempeño deportivo es limitada y en algunos casos no está actualizada, pero los estudios realizados muestran valores estadísticamente significativos en su mayoría, y algunos evalúan varias capacidades fisiológicas, lo cual fue de gran utilidad para el desarrollo de esta investigación

The objective of this document is to identify the characteristics of the development of the capacities of strength, endurance, flexibility, balance and coordination in kickboxing from the consulted scientific literature. A review of databases was carried out to search for articles which could show results of training processes and competitions in the variables of strength, endurance, flexibility, coordination and balance; For this search, the databases Google Scholar, Scopus, Science Direct, Sportdiscus, and Pubmed are reviewed. The results show that the capacities with the greatest influence on kickboxing are endurance, of which the main variables evaluated were heart rate, obtaining data of 182.12 ± 4.34 ppm and blood lactate with values of 14.0 ± 1.8 Mm / Lt; and the strength of which the main effort capacity was the myodynamic force of the lower limbs, which was measured with counter-movement jump and Squad Jump, obtaining results of 25.28 ± 4.39 cm and 34.5 ± 6.8 cm respectively.
