Description
Summary:In their work performance, man has had the need to find alternatives that will improve their quality of life, decreasing the risk for physical and mental illness, caused mainly by high workloads, allowing you to keep your job well. Such is the case, the implementation of active labor breaks, that while on the one hand brings benefits to companies in terms of production, from the humanitarian point of view, is the best alternative for preserving good health worker, their welfare and improve their quality of life. With the diagnosis made in the area of Occupational Health of the University of Applied and Environmental Sciences UDCA, it was found that a program and / or schedule structured promotion or encouragement for physical activity within the operating personnel is no evidence, administrative and teaching, belonging to the institution. This can be interpreted as a deficiency in the general occupational health program at the University, because a lack of possibilities for implementing various activities to meet the needs of the working population is generated.
