General objective: the present research seeks to evaluate the effects that the application of a training program in soccer in Small Sided Games (S.S.G.) has on the agility and the pass in young soccer players. Methodology: first, a literature review was made in different databases, in which, we differentiated found articles (1463) and functional articles (108), three (3) databases were consulted: 1. SportDiscus (39), PubMed (58) and ScienceDirect (11). Second, the total population was formed, it was 20 people (age: 13.51 ± 0.54 years, height: 1.5 ± 0.06 cm, weight: 39.13 ± 6.5 kg, IMC: 17.4 ± 2.18), divided into 2 groups. The first consisted of 10 players who trained using the SSG, the second was made up of 10 players who followed their traditional training. The two developed training programs for four (4) weeks, carrying out three (3) weekly sessions for a total of 12 sessions, which formed the programs. The experimental group (1st group) developed a program a program with Small Sided Games, while the second group (control group) developed a program based on analytical and global exercises typical of traditional methodology. Tests were done before and after the intervention to assess agility with the Illinois Test and the technique of the pass with the Loughborough Soccer Passing Test (LSPT). Results: the training program based on SSG improved the agility and the technique of the pass in the soccer players to a greater extent than the traditional training program, the performance in the Post – Tests improved the execution time. It can be concluded that the SSG is an effective training method to improve the planned agility and the technique of passing in children athletesPregradoProfesional en Ciencias del Deporteapplication/pdfspaBogotá : Universidad de Ciencias Aplicadas y Ambientales, 2019Facultad de Ciencias de la SaludCiencias del DeporteDerechos Reservados - Universidad de Ciencias Aplicadas y Ambientaleshttps://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0/info:eu-repo/semantics/closedAccessAtribución-NoComercial-CompartirIgual 4.0 Internacional (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0)http://purl.org/coar/access_right/c_14cbFutbolistasEntrenamiento deportivoAptitudes físicas - PruebasEfectos del entrenamiento basado en juegos en espacios reducidos sobre la agilidad y el pase en jóvenes futbolistas de 12 y 13 años de ZipaquiráTrabajo de grado - Pregradohttp://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_7a1finfo:eu-repo/semantics/bachelorThesisinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionTexthttp://purl.org/redcol/resource_type/TPhttp://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85Ade, J., Harley, J., Bradley, P.
