Summary:	In the present study the situation in which there are scenarios with which the sports unit has saltpeter (UDS) is described. It aims to characterize aspects that are considered important for better sport in improving, maintaining infrastructure and better utilization of space in the training camps on stage as skating and cycling. To make this study an inventory of the number of sports venues in this unit and the characterization of each was made. The instrument used to check the status, size, location and capacity that these scenarios have information provided by the administration of the sport unit saltpeter and working with sheet about these scenarios. The data collected were captured in a data matrix to determine and analyze what level of maintenance are these scenarios in the unit. The analyzes yielded information that reflects neglect and disrepair where are these sports venues; some weaknesses in the construction and deteriorating structures, inadequate in staffing, inadequate management of the elements that you tell these scenarios, little or no presence of objects that have to do with safety (first aid kit, stretcher etc.) and no evidence a flat maintenance. In this study an important suggestion is born to periodically review body responsible maintenance plans to have continuous monitoring of maintenance on these sporting venues in the UDS. Moreover, it is considered that the lack of attention paid in the aspect of maintenance and modernization would lead to the problematization that at any time this type of scenario between a straight inevitable extinction and simply obsolete and unusable structures again.
