Es importante entender que hay diferentes variables que generan fatiga y pueden llevar al deportista a un estado de sobre entrenamiento, ya que no es posible entrenar infinitamente, sin tener en cuenta como un entrenamiento de resistencia, fuerza o demás capacidades, puede afectar la recuperación del deportista, tanto especifica como globalmente.
