Propuesta geografico ambiental para crear asociatividad territorial en el departamento del Casanare

In the present work is studied the potential geographical-environmental that has the Department of the Casanare of such form is achieved implement an agreement strategic of the instrument of planning territorial. Based on the analysis of a systematic process in which involved literature review investigative procedures, cartographic as form of specialization of the territory with the dynamic that there be developed and citizen participation mechanisms that allow to know the latent needs of the study área. The associative processes have not tapped properly in the department, the realization of the same applied with an engineer geographer and environmental perspective they demonstrate strategies with a holistic vision. It additionally found progress presenting territorial entities to integrate with levels equal to or greater than the supra-municipal scale.
