In order to improve it, training theory has suggested several methodologies that seek the same objective. The two experimental groups sometimes went one to an explosive strength training program. Group 1 had the movement speed as an intensity reference and group 2 had the% of the RM as an intensity reference. The two programs lasted 12 weeks, with a frequency of 3 times per week. Results: When comparing the effects of the two training methods on the speed in 30 meters, jump height and maximum strength and power in the lower limbs, the training in average propulsive speed generated higher results in all the variables, that the training that has as reference the % of RMIncluye bibliografíaMaestríaMagister en Ciencias del Deporteapplication/pdfspaUniversidad de Ciencias Aplicadas y AmbientalesFacultad de Ciencias de la SaludMaestría en Ciencias del DeporteDerechos Reservados - Universidad de Ciencias Aplicadas y Ambientaleshttps://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0/info:eu-repo/semantics/closedAccessAtribución-NoComercial-CompartirIgual 4.0 Internacional (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0)http://purl.org/coar/access_right/c_14cbEfectos de la velocidad de ejecución en el entrenamiento de fuerza sobre la composición corporal y variables mecánicas en mujeres jóvenes futbolistasTrabajo de grado - Maestríainfo:eu-repo/semantics/masterThesisinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionTexthttp://purl.org/redcol/resource_type/TMhttp://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85Entrenamiento de fútbolFuerza MuscularFútbolistasAkin, B.
