Science & Sports, Vol. 27 Issue 1, p31 8p.https://repository.udca.edu.co/handle/11158/1763CD028 O81e 2018 (205570)57 páginasIntroducción: El sprint está determinado como la habilidad de acelerar, conseguir la máxima velocidad, también definido por la capacidad de mantener una máxima velocidad durante la fatiga siendo uno de los mayores determinantes para definir el resultado de un encuentro de futbol Objetivo: Mejorar la capacidad de sprint repetido (RSA) en un 5% para la competencia deportiva en los futbolistas de Corprodep Mosquera. Metodología: Participantes de categoría sub 13 y sub 14 con un total de 15 (n = 5 jugadores sub 13, n = 10 jugadores sub 14 hombres) jugadores de futbol del municipio de Mosquera, Las pruebas de RSA se llevaron a cabo por medio de dos test, la prueba de Rast para medir el índice de fatiga y la capacidad para repetir sprint de los futbolistas en distancias cortas y el test de 20 m. Dichos los test se evaluaron al inicio con un pre test, seguido del plan de entrenamiento de cinco semanas y finalizando con una prueba post test. Resultados: En el test RAST de 6 repeticiones el tiempo promedio en el primer sprint de todos los evaluados fue de 5,25 seg, a diferencia del sprint 1 del post test el cual fue de 5,21 seg, con tiempo de mejora de 0,05 seg, con un porcentaje de incremento del 0,91%. Conclusiones: Los resultados obtenidos en el presente estudio sugieren que durante la etapa de formación del futbolista, en este caso la adolescencia, el nivel de especialización de los mismos no es alto. Por lo tanto no se encontraron diferencias significativas para la mejora de sprint al momento de realizar los test luego del plan de entrenamiento.Introduction: The sprint is determined as the ability to accelerate, achieve maximum speed, also defined by the ability to maintain maximum speed during fatigue being one of the major determinants to define the outcome of a football match Objective: Improve the ability of repeated sprint (RSA) by 5% for the sports competition in the players of Corprodep Mosquera. Methodology: Participants of category sub 13 and sub 14 with a total of 15 (n = 5 players sub 13, n = 10 players sub 14 men) soccer players of the municipality of Mosquera, The RSA tests were carried out by means of two tests, the Rast test to measure the fatigue index and the performance of the player in short distances and the repeated test of 20 m. Said tests were evaluated at the beginning with a pre-test, followed by the five-week training plan and ending with a post-test. Results: In the RAST test of six repetitions, the average time in time 1 is of 5.25 sec, as opposed to Time 1 of the post test which was of 5.21 with improvement time of 0.05 sec, from the first until the sixth repetition the rate of improvement index was only 0.51 seconds. Conclusions: The results obtained in the present study suggest that during the training stage of the soccer player, in this case adolescence, the level of specialization of the same is not high. Therefore, no significant differences were found for the sprint improvement at the time of the tests after the training plan.
