| Summary: | General objective: to publicize the history, evolution and organization of sport at the national level. Methodology: Thisis areview article, with a mixed approach, cross-sectional design and descriptive research scope. The literature review found: 9,668 articles, of which were identified, identified, published, distributed on the basis of the data as follows: Scopus (27), ProQuest (28), Science Direct (37) , Sport Discus (40), Google Scholar (50). Results: are the results of an agreement with each of the indicators evaluated by the instrument used. The articles found as functional contributed and helped to clarify the concepts of the object of study. For example, the Olympic Charter, which is the world's best sport reference, in which the fundamental principles of Olympism are found, a path to philosophy, objectives, actions, rights and duties. Likewise, normative registers of the development of sports at the base, for example, to education. Education is a fundamental right and sport contributes in this process is a fundamental issue for the National Government.
