Description
Summary:At present, frequent use of the Suspension Training (ES) means provides different means of application, used for rehabilitation processes and spinal stability. An application of this type is rotation is energy (RIP: 60). The present study had as objective to establish the number of repetitions for each degree of inclination between the points of anchorage and the foot support. The type of study was quantitative, observational with descriptive and correlational scope. It was evaluated a population of physical exercises of 10 affiliated to the Medical Body Sports Club with ages between 23 and 25 years, masculine gender, apparently healthy that attends 4 times / week with an hourly intensity of 2 h / day. Measures of trend (average) and dispersion (standard deviation) were calculated using SPSS version 20 in Spanish. The results show that the mean (SD) of the height with the arms extended was 203 (0.666) cm. The number of repetitions at each anchor point decreased from an average of 29.0 at point 1 (74º) to 4.3 in Item 7 (14th); A strong correlation (r = 0.986, P = 0.000) was found between the angle and the number of repetitions. In conclusion, a mayor approach to the Anchor Point (AP) is necessary to reduce the length of the vector (Lv) to promote ES progression, control of the project motor, proprioception and stability. Also, for each subject will promote the prescription of the number of repetitions per Pa.
