Esta monografía está orientada a examinar los usos de la Inteligencia Artificial (IA) para el diseño de estrategia comerciales, el objetivo general es crear estrategias comerciales mediante la IA IBM Watson Marketing, se indicaran funciones y características del sistema, las cuales facilitan la toma de decisiones para mejorar o innovar en las estrategias y analizar mediante la metodología de caso de estudio su pertinente aplicación, como herramienta tecnológica de apoyo sistémico a las organizaciones, en el panorama actual de la era digital , y como respuesta para enfrentar la alta competitividad en el marco de la globalización. Se presenta una aproximación del análisis del entorno basado en datos de estudios, que buscan la caracterización del ambiente tecnológico global y sus tendencias, como puntos de referencia para mostrar la evolución actual del uso de la inteligencia artificial en el marketing digital.
