El crecimiento de las tecnologías inteligentes en diversas áreas representadas en hardware, software y sistemas de comunicación, han agilizado los procesos administrativos y operativos de las empresas que se apoyan en éstas para su toma de decisiones. La salud no es ajena a esta incorporación de tecnología en sus procesos, es por esto que este trabajo se enfoca en identificar el estado de las implementaciones de tecnologías emergentes aplicadas a los campos de la salud y hospitales inteligentes a través de una revisión sistemática de literatura con el propósito de establecer las áreas de aplicación, tipos y gestión de tecnologías. Se utilizó el protocolo de revisión de literatura que describe tres momentos: planificación, ejecución y resultados. Los resultados permiten establecer tendencias y necesidades predominantes identificando nichos importantes que requieren investigación y profundización que contribuyan al mejoramiento en la adopción y ampliación de infraestructura tecnológica en empresas del área de la salud como hospitales inteligentes. Health is no stranger to this incorporation of technology in its processes, which is why this work focuses on identifying the state of implementations of emerging technologies applied to the fields of health and smart hospitals through a systematic review of literature with the purpose of establishing the areas of application, types and management of technologies. We used the literature review protocol that describes three moments: planning, execution and results. The results allow to establish trends and predominant needs identifying important niches that require research and deepening that contribute to the improvement in the adoption and expansion of technological infrastructure in companies in the health area such as smart hospitals.
