Para abordar esta temática, el objetivo de esta investigación es analizar el impacto de los factores del bienestar laboral en el clima organizacional de administrativos y docentes en una Institución de Educación Superior en tiempos de pandemia. Se trata de un estudio cuantitativo y descriptivo de alcance correlacional, en donde se estudian dos variables constituidas por el cuerpo teórico fundamental de la investigación como lo son: Bienestar Laboral y Clima Organizacional, estudiadas en el contexto de una IES en Medellín – Colombia. La población está constituida por los docentes y administrativos de la IES y la muestra será no probabilística intencional. Se utilizará un cuestionario para la recolección de datos con escala de frecuencia tipo Likert. Los datos serán analizados con estadística descriptiva en hojas de cálculo Excel y se utilizará para el análisis correlacional el software Python. Con los resultados se espera poder dar a conocer los factores del Bienestar Laboral y el Clima Organizacional en las Universidades que presentaron mayor dificultad en el periodo de la pandemia causada por el COVID 19, para que las Universidades puedan desarrollar más fácilmente mecanismos de acción que les permitan restituir condiciones favorables para la continuidad de sus procesos. |

Se trata de un estudio cuantitativo y descriptivo de alcance correlacional, en donde se estudian dos variables constituidas por el cuerpo teórico fundamental de la investigación como lo son: Bienestar Laboral y Clima Organizacional, estudiadas en el contexto de una IES en Medellín – Colombia. La población está constituida por los docentes y administrativos de la IES y la muestra será no probabilística intencional. Se utilizará un cuestionario para la recolección de datos con escala de frecuencia tipo Likert. Los datos serán analizados con estadística descriptiva en hojas de cálculo Excel y se utilizará para el análisis correlacional el software Python.
