The project interpreted the answers about such representations on the basis of the youngsters' discourses and in light of their moral reasoning. The article uses concepts from moral philosophy, L. Köhlberg's theory of the development of moral judgment, social psychology, Rawl's theory of justice, and S. Moscovici's theory of social representation in order to examine the different meanings of justice. The paper makes use of Köhlberg's methodology of moral dilemmas, and moral polylemms of open answer to explore the moral reasonings and their relation with Rawl's principles of justice evidenced in the youngsters' moral arguments expressed when the individuals resolved each polylemm. The paper identifies the meanings of the social representation of justice existing today in Pereira's young people and offers pedagogical recommendations aimed at strengthening their moral education |

Se trató de una investigación de tipo cualitativo, a través de la cual se preguntó por las significaciones presentes en las representaciones sociales sobre Justicia, en un grupo de jóvenes escolarizados de la ciudad de Pereira. En función de este interés investigativo, la investigación se propuso interpretar las significaciones de las representaciones sociales acerca de la Noción de Justicia, desde los razonamientos morales presentes en un grupo de 54 jóvenes escolarizados de la ciudad de Pereira, interpretando a partir de las tendencias identificadas en sus discursos, las significaciones de sus representaciones sociales sobre justicia.; para ello, la investigación se fundamentó desde los campos de la Psicología moral con la teoría del desarrollo de Juicio Moral de L. Köhlberg, la Filosofía política con la teoría sobre Justicia de J. Rawls e igualmente, desde la Psicología Social para interpretar las significaciones de la noción de justicia, mediante la teoría de las representaciones sociales planteada por S. Moscovici.
