La organización, implementa procesos eficientes que apoya los sistemas de gestión de la calidad y el mejoramiento continuo que está dentro de sus objetivos institucionales. A partir de lo anterior, se elaboro una propuesta, que busca mejorar la falencia en los procedimientos de la documentación contable más representativa que maneja la empresa, creando un manual de procesos, como base para el cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos por la organización y agentes controladores externos. /Abstract: Apostar S.A. company, aims to improve the quality of life for its customers continuously, by providing services through a commercial network and efficient technology, supported by a competent human talent, achieving the satisfaction of its employees, state and shareholders, with seriousness and responsibility. The company implements efficient processes to support systems quality management and continuous improvement as their institutional objectives. From the above, a proposal was made, which seeks to improve the flaw in the methods of accounting documents most representative for the company.
