Prototipo de vivienda emergente para situación de vulnerabilidad por desplazamiento forzado

La presente investigación surge a partir de la necesidad de desarrollar un prototipo de vivienda emergente que funcione como una alternativa a la informalidad, esta necesidad es el resultado de un análisis exploratorio enfocado en los asentamientos informales del barrio Tokio en la comuna Villa Santana y tiene como objetivo un proyecto arquitectónico que tenga en cuenta las características culturales y sociales, y asimismo, mejore las condiciones actuales de la población muestra, la cual es proveniente de la zona pacífica del país. Para el desarrollo de la propuesta se hace el estudio de determinantes físicas, sociales y culturales del lugar, y como se desenvuelven sus dinámicas sociales en la actualidad y en su pasado de manera que se haga un acercamiento al espacio vivido. Se plantea el pasado cultural de los habitantes como un eje estructurante para el diseño de una vivienda que sea de fácil construcción y que permita generar un vínculo con su habitante. Abstract: The present investigation arises from the need to develop an emerging housing prototype that works as an alternative to informality, this need is the result of an exploratory analysis focused on the informal settlements of the Tokio neighborhood in the Villa Santana commune and this aims to develop an architectural project that takes into account the cultural and social characteristics, and to improve the current conditions of the sample population, which comes from the Pacific zone of the country. For the development of the proposal was necessary the study of the physical, social and cultural determinants of the place, and how its social dynamics unfold at present and in its past in order to approach the lived space. The cultural past of the inhabitants is considered as a structuring axis for the design of a house that is easy to build and that allows to generate a bond with its inhabitant.
