Ocampo Muñoz, Germán2020-05-26T15:47:32Z2020-05-26T15:47:32Z2020-05-26DDMIIND54http://hdl.handle.net/10785/5932Monografía (Ingeniero Industrial) Facultad de Ciencias Básicas y Ingenierías , Pereira, 2016Esta investigación se realizó en el laboratorio de calidad de la empresa TEXTILES OMNES S.A., y con ella se buscaba analizar el sistema de medición del laboratorio, de modo que se pudiera cuantificar la cantidad de variación generada por el mismo y compararla con la variación total observada en las mediciones generadas por los laboratoristas, y de esta manera poder establecer si el sistema de medición de dicho laboratorio es aceptable o no. Para determinar si el sistema de medición del laboratorio es confiable se implementaron estudios de Repetibilidad y Reproducibilidad R&R a algunas pruebas de calidad de los tejidos chaffer tipo RJ, para lo cual, inicialmente, se determinaron las pruebas críticas que requerían la implementación de estudios R&R. Posteriormente, se calcularon los porcentajes de variación del estudio, a través del método anidado y con el uso del software Minitab 17, se analizaron los gráficos arrojados por el mismo y a través de ellos se interpretó el comportamiento del sistema de medición. Al final de la investigación se proponen acciones para disminuir la variación generada por el sistema de medición del laboratorio y así obtener mayor confiabilidad en los resultados de las mediciones realizadas por los laboratoristas.\Abstract : This research was conducted in the laboratory of quality of TEXTILES OMNES S.A. It was intended to analyze the laboratory measurement system so that it would be possible to quantify the amount of variation generated by the laboratory and compare it with the total variation observed in the measurements made by the laboratory workers. In order to determine the reliability of the laboratory measurement system, some studies of repeatability and reproducibility R&R were implemented to some quality tests of chaffer fabrics type RJ. For this, a preliminary analysis was conducted in order to establish the critical tests that required the implementation of R & R. Subsequently; the percentages of variation of the study were calculated by means of the nested method. The software Minitab 17 was used to analyze the graphics generated by it and through them the behavior of the measurement system was interpreted.
