Aunque dentro del Plan de Comunicaciones de la actual Administración ‘Compromiso de Todos’ 2016 – 2019 se contempla la comunicación interna, como la manera de informar a los servidores públicos los diferentes aconteceres y avances de la entidad, la implementación de estas ha sido ha sido difícil pero la Asesoría de Prensa y Comunicaciones. Gran parte de los servidores públicos de la Administración Municipal no utilizan las herramientas de comunicación que dispone la entidad, dificultando la implementación de las mismas a nivel interno y rompiendo los conductos establecidos desde la Asesoría de Prensa y Comunicaciones, lo que conlleva a que la información no se consolide desde la dependencia encargada sino que cada dependencia la envié de manera incorrecta. Teniendo como base las características incluidas en el Plan de Comunicaciones, se recomienda implementar nuevas estrategias que ayuden al fortalecimiento de las comunicaciones internas y faciliten el proceso de comunicación dentro de la organización, incrementando de esta manera el nivel de satisfacción de los servidores públicos, motivando y mejorando el clima organizacional de cada una de las dependencias que conforman la Alcaldía de Dosquebradas. Abstract: The following text proposes an Intervention Plan that allows the strengthening of the internal communications of a public entity, in this case the Mayor's Office of Dosquebradas, a second-level municipality located in the department of Risaralda. Although within the Communication Plan of the current Administration 'Commitment of All' 2016-2019 internal communication is contemplated, as the way to inform public servants of the different events and advances of the entity, the implementation of these has been difficult but the Press and Communications Advisory. Many of the public servants of the Municipal Administration do not use the communication tools available to the entity, making it difficult to implement them internally and breaking the channels established by the Press and Communications Advisory, which means that the information do not consolidate from the agency in charge but each agency sent it incorrectly. Based on the characteristics included in the Communications Plan, it is recommended to implement new strategies that help to strengthen internal communications and facilitate the communication process within the organization, thus increasing the level of satisfaction of public servants, motivating and improving the organizational climate of each of the dependencies that make up the Mayor of Dosquebradas.Universidad Católica de Pereira.
