Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y Administrativas, Pereira, 2019El país ha tenido diversos cambios de índole económico, social, y ambiental tras la firma de los acuerdos de paz en 2016 y este escenario de pos-acuerdo ha permitido que, en territorios anteriormente azotados por el conflicto armado, o con afectación indirecta, se reestablezcan actividades económicas que años atrás eran imposibles de desarrollar, como ejemplo de esto se citan departamentos como Nariño, el cual es uno de los más beneficiados, ya que ha recibido ayudas del presupuesto del orden nacional y también se ha generado mayor inversión privada para proyectos que vayan encaminados al mejoramiento y la promoción de la industria turística. Otros departamentos como el Valle del Cauca , en el cual la afectación se ha visto de forma indirecta también se ha visto un crecimiento en los últimos dos años, y se abre un abanico de oportunidades a los municipios de sexta categoría de la zona norte como en el caso de Ansermanuevo, el cual ha empezado a implementar proyectos de desarrollo turísticos para incentivar también la permanencia de las comunidades locales en el casco urbano del municipio.\ Abstract: The country has had several economic, social, and environmental changes after the signing of the peace agreements on September 26, 2016 and this post-agreement scenario has allowed that, in territories previously hit by the armed conflict, or indirectly, reestablish economic activities that years ago were impossible to develop, as an example of this are mentioned departments like Nariño, which is one of the most benefited, since it has received aid from the national budget and has also been generated greater private investment for projects that are aimed at improving and promoting the tourism industry.
