Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y Administrativas, Pereira, 2019El presente trabajo tiene como finalidad identificar cuáles han sido los momentos de éxito más representativos en la evolución empresarial de Frisby S.A. en aras de contribuir al conocimiento en el campo de la historia empresarial de la región risaraldense. El método de investigación utilizado de la ciencia social es de tipo deductivo, descriptivo e histórico, además es un estudio de caso con un enfoque multidisciplinar, de naturaleza cualitativa, dimensión transversal y longitudinal. Para la realización de este estudio se toma como unidad de análisis la compañía Frisby S.A, como unidad de observación a su fundador Alfredo Hoyos Mazuera y al Director de Ingeniería y Arquitectura Walter García Cardona. Este trabajo además de lo mencionado anteriormente, busca describir los factores clave que le han permitido el éxito a la organización y determinar la contribución que Frisby S.A ha generado al desarrollo regional.The present work has as a goal. The results have been represented in the business evolution of Frisby S.A. for the sake of answers in the knowledge of business history in the region risaraldense. The research method used in social science is deductive, descriptive and historical, as well as case study with a multidisciplinary approach, with a qualitative nature, a transversal and longitudinal dimension. To carry out this study, the company Frisby S.A. is taken as the unit of analysis and as an observation unit of its founder Alfredo Hoyos Mazuera and the Director of Engineering and Architecture Walter García Cardona.
