Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira, 2019El presente trabajo permite dar cuenta de cómo se analizó y se intervino la vereda Manga Bonita del Municipio de Marsella entre el periodo 2017 II - 2018 I. Para lograr esto, se trazaron diferentes momentos los cuales estuvieron compuestos por la recolección de la información existente, el trabajo de campo y una metodología de análisis por categorías que permitiera reconocer y comprender el territorio rural. Con toda esta información recopilada se elaboró un documento técnico de soporte (DTS). Que permitió llegar al desarrollo de los lineamientos y estrategias para la intervención del territorio y el desarrollo de proyectos. El proyecto nace debido al déficit de equipamientos y las necesidades que viven los caficultores, con el fin de conservar la cultura cafetera con un proceso tecnificado y mejorar así la calidad de vida de sus habitantes evitando la migración a las zonas urbanas. Los aportes arquitectónicos son claves para la sostenibilidad económica, ambiental y social de la caficultura. Tomar una taza de café es la excusa perfecta para tener cualquier tipo de reunión, el consumo de café es más que una cultura. ABSTRACT: The present work allows to give an account of how was analyzed and intervened the path Manga Bonita of the Municipality of Marseille between the period 2017 II - 2018 I. To achieve this, different moments were drawn up, which were composed of the collection of existing information, field work and a methodology of analysis by categories that allowed to recognize and understand the rural territory. With all this information gathered, a technical support document (DTS) was prepared. That allowed to reach the development of the guidelines and strategies for the intervention of the territory and the development of projects. The project was born due to the lack of equipment and the needs of coffee farmers, in order to preserve the coffee culture with a technified process and thus improve the quality of life of its inhabitants by preventing migration to urban areas. Architectural contributions are key to the economic, environmental and social sustainability of coffee growing.
