Facultad de Ciencias Humanas, Sociales y de la Educación, Pereira, 2011El presente texto pretende evidenciar las relaciones entre el concepto de bienestar mental y contrato psicológico (CP); para tal fin, se recurre, en un comienzo, a la teoría del contrato social de Jean-Jacques Rousseau, donde se hallan las raíces fundantes de todo el desarrollo teórico del CP. Posteriormente, se realiza una argumentación en torno a qué entender por bienestar metal, para luego definir la estrecha relación existente entre las distorsiones cognitivas y el estado del CP. A partir de este momento se empiezan a dibujar los efectos que tiene la cognición para el contexto organizacional, la construcción del CP en cada persona y, finalmente, evidencia la repercusión que tiene en el bienestar subjetivo, demostrando que no solo las condiciones organizacionales determinan al CP, también es importante considerar lo cognitivo como un recurso propio que enaltece la labor de cada sujeto. /Abstract: This paper aims to show the relationship between the concept of mental and psychological contract (PC) for this purpose, initially used the social contract theory of Jean-Jacques Rousseau, where are the foundational roots of all the theoretical development of CP then an argumentis made about how well understand metal, and then define the close relationship between cognitive distortions and the CP, from there you begin to draw the effects of cognition to the organizational context, the construction of the CP in each person, and finally in subjective well-being, therefore, not only the organizational conditions determine the CP, it is also important to consider cognition.Universidad Católica de Pereira.
