Pereira, 2020.El proyecto desarrollado tiene la finalidad de llevar a cabo un estudio de factibilidad para la apertura de una panadería - repostería tipo artesanal en el municipio de Filandia departamento del Quindío, caracterizado por tener un alto impacto en el sector turístico siendo uno de los municipios más competitivos a nivel nacional. La panadería - repostería tiene como objetivo llegar a la población local y a los turistas implementando un modelo de marketing experiencial que abarque otros factores que estén encaminados a satisfacer los gustos involucrando vivencias que se conviertan en gratas experiencias personales y que no solo se encasillen en la calidad del producto. La composición de este estudio integra análisis técnicos, administrativos, legales y financieros indispensables para determinar la factibilidad en las fases del plan de negocios necesarias para su planificación y proyección. / Abstract: The project developed has the purpose of carrying out a feasibility study for the openin of a handmade pastry and bakery shop in the town of Filandia, Quindío, which is known for having a high impact on the tourism sector, being one of the most competitive towns at a national level. The bakery - pastry shop aims to reach the local population and tourists by implementing an experiential marketing model that encompasses other factors that are aimed at satisfying different types of preferences and offering pleasant personal experiences that are beyond terms of quality of the product.
