Un departamento fundamental en toda compañía es el de compras, ya que es el encargado de suministrar a las demás áreas los productos y equipos necesarios para que se lleven a cabo todas las actividades necesarias para el buen funcionamiento de la misma. El objetivo de este trabajo es obtener una estructuración de los proveedores que atienden el sector salud en la clínica Comfamiliar Risaralda con equipos biomédicos, que permita agilizar los procesos en el área de compras, para esto, se implementó un formato único de cotización y se elaboró un registro de proveedores con información actual y datos generales de un porcentaje establecido de los distribuidores de equipos médicos. /Abstract: Today, in a world that is constantly changing and technological advances have a great influence on the daily lives of people, the demands of customers to businesses are increasing, therefore, organizations must have trained staff and high quality standards, to stay in a market as competitive and demanding.
