Es un tema de gran importancia para la empresa, ya que como se evidencia a lo largo del desarrollo del trabajo, es una parte crítica dentro de la organización, esto según lo manifestado por el gerente general de la empresa a través de las técnicas de recolección de información desarrolladas en la investigación, por consiguiente el trabajo tendrá situación problema, presentación de la organización, un diagnóstico detallado de la situación actual, identificación de la necesidad a través de un diagrama de Ishikawa y la intervención al problema identificado, esta intervención se realizará conforme a unos objetivos planteados a la organización y con el desarrollo de estrategias y tácticas que ayudarán a cumplir estas. Abstract: The next degree project will have a broad research development, where topics related to the Human Management area and more specifically content on the design and implementation of load profiles for the company JDM RESTREPO INGENIERÍA S.A.S. will be exposed. It is an issue of great importance for the company, since as evidenced throughout the development of the work, it is a critical part within the organization, this as stated by the general manager of the company through collection techniques of information developed in the investigation, therefore the work will have a problem situation, presentation of the organization, a detailed diagnosis of the current situation, identification of the need through an Ishikawa diagram and the intervention to the identified problem, this intervention will be executed in accordance with objectives set for the organization and with the development of strategies and tactics that will help to achieve these.Universidad Católica de Pereira.
