These factors have created the emergence of goodlabor practices included in codes of behaviour established by multinationalenterprises and international organizations. These codes seek to suppress thoseactions that impair workers' conditions within the corporate environment. Adequate human management enhances companies' innovation, a key elementthat allows them to better compete in local and global markets.This article presents the relationship between strategies and practices in humanmanagement in some companies based in Pereira, and in light of the goodpractices that have been set forth by the International Labor Organization in thisdomain. |
