Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira, 2021El siguiente documento que se construye desde la asignatura de trabajo de grado que tiene como objetivo distinguir y analizar cuales espacialidades en la región del Eje Cafetero cuentan con un potencial agropecuario o cultural, pero a su vez con poca apertura turística opacada por municipios cercanos, A través de un marco conceptual y empírico basado en los conceptos de Identidad y Desarrollo Sostenible, desde las categorías sociales, culturales y ambientales del sector , lo que da como resultado estrategias de comercialización sostenible, paisajismo y competitividad turística concebidas por una Red de Turismo Rural Comunitario apoyado en una posible intervención arquitectónica en el contexto rural del municipio de Marulanda-Caldas por sus características y condiciones. / Abstrac: The following document that is built from the degree work subject that to distinguish and analyze which spatiality’s in the Eje Cafetero Region have agricultural or cultural potential, but at the same time with little tourist openness overshadowed by nearby municipalities, through a conceptual and empirical framework based on the concepts of Identity and Sustainable Development, from the social, cultural and environmental categories of the sector, which results in strategies for sustainable marketing, landscaping and tourist competitiveness conceived by a Community Rural Tourism Network supported by a possible architectural intervention in the rural context of the municipality of Marulanda-Caldas for its characteristics and conditions.Universidad Catolica de Pereira;
