Precisamente el informe de práctica aquí presentado va orientado de forma directa a la ejecución de los objetivos de la misma, además de la implementación de un manual de procedimientos para soporte a fallos como entregable, que garantice la optimización en la forma en que la empresa D1 S.A.S y su equipo de trabajo comprende y brinda atención a fallos de infraestructura, sistema y conectividad de las diferentes tiendas y servicios a nivel regional desde el área de sistemas, presentada como escenario principal de práctica en el informe. Se pretende con esto generar un impacto positivo dentro de la organización optimizando y mejorando procesos dentro de la misma.Abstract: Nowadays, the IT area within organizations has become one of the most important dependencies for decision making, which is why its support procedures must be clearly defined. Precisely the internship report presented here is directly oriented to the design of the objectives of the same, in addition to the implementation of a manual of procedures for failure support as a deliverable to ensure optimization in the way the company D1 S.A.S. and its team understands and provides attention to infrastructure, system and connectivity failures of the different stores and services at regional level from the systems area, presented as the main scenario of practices in the report.
