| Summary: | External organizational processes, or Outsourcing, are considered an essential tool for companies seeking new markets and an increase in their return rate. It is chosen between two options: internalization or processes outsourcing, depending on whether the operational conditions of a service are more favorable to the company if conducted under its hierarchy and organization, or if subcontracted with another company. Outsourcing may suppose an effective strategy in lowering cost and increasing benefit and time; however, not in all cases ensures an increase in quality. The directors of the educational institution studied, from a missionary, and strategic thinking, differentiate between necessary and lucrative benefits, and decide to reverse outsourcing. |
