Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira, 2023En la zona alta de la Laguna del Otún existe un gran potencial para las actividades de investigación, debido a la variedad de ecosistemas que proporcionan diversidad de flora y fauna, no obstante, el área carece de espacios adecuados para la realización de actividades investigativas. El objetivo del proyecto es proponer una edificación que responda a estas necesidades teniendo en cuenta las condiciones climáticas propias del entorno destinadas a los actores interesados; tal como lo propone el Ministerio de Ciencia, tecnología e Innovación en la convocatoria para presentar y promover propuestas de “posadas científicas”. La metodología se desarrolla en 4 fases: contexto (identificar), conocimiento (caracterizar), concepto (establecer) y proyecto (proponer). Realizando visitas de campo, entrevistas, captura de fotografías, recopilación de información, análisis de condiciones climáticas, análisis de referentes, estableciendo estrategias, matrices, simulaciones, entre otros. Lo anterior para llegar al objeto arquitectónico. De los resultados obtenidos de la identificación y caracterización del sector se concluye que para la aplicación de las estrategias bioclimáticas en la zona se deben incorporar dos aspectos principales: la orientación tomando en cuenta la posición del sol para aprovechar al máximo la luz solar por cubierta y muros gruesos como técnica de construcción utilizada con el propósito de retener el calor al interior del proyecto, apostándole a ganar temperatura. / Abstract: In the upper zone of Laguna del Otún there is great potential for research activities, due to the variety of ecosystems that provide diversity of flora and fauna, however, the area lacks adequate spaces for carrying out research activities. The objective of the project is to propose a building that responds to these needs taking into account the climatic conditions of the environment for the interested parties; as proposed by the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation in the call to present and promote proposals for "scientific inns". The methodology is developed in 4 phases: context (identify), knowledge (characterize), concept (establish) and project (propose). Carrying out field visits, interviews, capturing photographs, gathering information, analysis of climatic conditions, analysis of referents, establishing strategies, matrices, simulations, among others. The above to reach the architectural object.
