| Summary: | Due to the economic crisis, unemployment and forced displacement in Colombia, a large part of the population is forced to settle informally and live in precarious conditions on the urban fringes, putting their integrity at risk. The objective of this research is to present a model proposal for the occupation of the territory that directs in an orderly manner in the section of the center of the city of Ibagué, recovering the water rounds, resignifying the Combeima River to preserve environmental resources, integrating the city and the landscape through culture as the main configuration tool for urban space. |
