Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira, 2011El sector agroindustrial panelero tiene gran participación en el mercado y demanda desarrollos y mejoramiento en sus procesos buscando presentar productos de mejor calidad. El Desmuciligador es una máquina que propuso un grupo de investigación de la Universidad Nacional de Medellín y la cual requiere mejoramiento de diferentes áreas para llegar a una máquina de calidad global. Mejorando la forma de transporte, el modo de uso, la seguridad industrial, el mecanismo, la protección, la comunicación y la formal-estética, hacemos que el nuevo Desmuciligador sea una máquina que responda a todos los requerimientos. Con la implementación del DECG (Desmuciligador de Calidad Global) se realiza gran impacto en el aspecto humano, ambiental, económico y legal. El trabajo para la fabricación de los mucílagos o agentes floculantes se reduce aproximadamente un 66%, el producto se vuelve más eficaz y eficiente, sin necesidad de quitarle el concepto de la panela de una fabricación natural. Palabras claves: Desmuciligador, Factor Humano, Mucílago, Floculante./ Abstract: The sugarcane agro-industrial sector has great market share and demand developments and improvements in its processes seeking to present the best quality products, to make better their process charts, searching the good design in the products. The Desmuciligador is a machine that has presented by GIPUN from Medellín; this project requires improvement in different areas to become the machine like a good design. Improving the transportation, the way to use, the industrial security, the mechanism, the protection, the communication and the formal-stetic. We made than the Desmuciligador be a machine than answer with all requires assigned. With the implementation of DEGQ (Desmuciligador Global Quality) is made great impact on the human, environmental, economic and legal.
