Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira, 2019El análisis realizado en la optativa I 2017-2 el cual fue un documento técnico de soporte del departamento de Risaralda, es la base para la construcción de nuevos equipamientos en este territorio. Con el fin de hacer recopilaciones de información y sistematizarlas en sus respectivas categorías, como lo son equipamientos existentes, fuentes hídricas, terrenos con pendientes mayores al 70%, sistema ambiental, entre otros. Esto se hace con el fin de reconocer y comprender el territorio para así poder llegar a una buena propuesta de equipamientos colectivos. El lote donde se desarrollara el proyecto está ubicado en la vereda de guacas en santa rosa de cabal, se propone este equipamiento de acopio y de transformación en este sitio por tres aspectos principales; la primera es la cercanía que tiene con la cabecera municipal de santa rosa de cabal, la segunda es por el fácil acceso a este lugar ya que cuenta con una buena infraestructura vial además está cerca de la avenida principal que conecta al departamentos de Risaralda con caldas, y por ultimo tenemos que este zona es de gran producción agrícola. A partir de este estudio y de esta ubicación, se empieza a generar este proyecto con el fin de potencializar el sector agrícola y a su vez mejorar los ingresos económicos de los agricultores. ABSTRACT:The analysis carried out in the optional I 2017-2, which was a technical support document for the department of Risaralda, is the basis for the construction of new facilities in this territory. In order to compile information and systematize them in their respective categories, such as existing equipment, water sources, land with slopes greater than 70%, environmental system, among others. This is done in order to recognize and understand the territory in order to arrive at a good proposal of collective facilities.
