Por tal motivo se hace necesario fortalecer el cierre de brechas comunicativas internas y generar una apropiación de una cultura de investigación en los funcionarios, aprendices e instructores del Centro de Formación, mediante la propuesta de un plan de intervención. / Abstract: The Industrial Automation Center of SENA - Regional Caldas has potential in human talent and technical and technological resources to formulate and develop science, technology and innovation projects based on applied research in the framework of SENNOVA, SENA’s Research System.
