Therefore, the optics to evaluate the projects must be reconsidered to qualify the viability of the lots. In this text some considerations are made on the matter and a case of a 70,000m2 lot located in the urban zone, south of the Valley of Aburrá is illustrated with serious obstacles to be developed due to geotechnical restrictions associated to high slopes and subsuperficial water presence.
