Mediante la generación de nuevas metodologías en los procesos agrícolas como complemento de los métodos tradicionales, se inicia con la implementación de la BPA (Buenas prácticas agrícolas) , logrando desarrollar un nuevo conocimiento que contribuye a toda la población de este sector, desarrollando jornadas complementarias en las instituciones educativas, fomentando un interés desde la población más joven, para iniciar a desarrollar un nuevo modelo de vida. Con la ejecución de este nuevo procedimiento se empezará a contribuir al medio ambiente, ya que este proceso no se utiliza ningún tipo de químico que contamine y perjudica al consumidor. Con el desarrollo de esta metodología se busca la inocuidad de los alimentos y el bienestar del usuario, con una seguridad alimentaria, logrando reactivar las actividades socioeconómicas de esta región y disminuir la migración al sector urbano. En el centro agroecológico es en el cual se le enseñará a la población a implementar este nuevo método como complemento a sus procesos tradicionales y por lo tanto se desarrolla un modelo de vida para que la población tenga una sustentabilidad económica desde sus propios cultivos, los cuales tendrán mejores cosechas e ingresos económicos y se verán incentivados a seguir implementando esta nueva metodología en sus cultivos para cada vez aumentar el número de cultivos con este proceso el cual genera un bienestar al medio ambiente y disminuye la contaminación. Abstract: The present investigation consists in diminishing the migration of the rural sector to the urban one, by the dissatisfaction in the basic necessities, for this situation the population of this sector sees this place as synonymous of poverty for lack of labor offers, they do not have an economic sustainability and they do not They have state guarantees. Through the generation of new methodologies in agricultural processes as a complement to traditional ones, it starts with the implementation of BPA (Good Agricultural Practices), managing to develop a new knowledge that contributes to the entire population of this sector, developing complementary days in the educational institutions, fostering an interest from the youngest population, to start developing a life model. With the execution of this new procedure will begin to contribute to the environment, since this process does not use any type of chemical that contaminates and harms the consumer. With the development of this process, the safety of food and consumer welfare is sought, with food security, reactivating the socioeconomic activities of this region and reducing migration to the urban sector.
