Gil Otalvaro, Loyda YicethOsorio Cataño, Melisa Alejandra2020-04-21T15:16:28Z2020-04-21T15:16:28Z2019-06-17DDMPSI217http://hdl.handle.net/10785/5791Artículo de grado (Psicólogas), Facultad de Ciencias Humanas, Sociales y de la Educación, Pereira, 2019.El presente estudio se basó en una metodología de investigación cualitativa, mediante una revisión teórico-documental, que corresponde a una metodología tipo estado del arte y documental, considerando aspectos cualitativo y documentales de carácter analítico-interpretativo, permitiendo identificar el estado actual de evaluación de las percepciones de estabilidad y seguridad laboral relacionadas con las modalidades de contratación que emplean las organizaciones; metodología que orienta el establecimiento de las categorías de análisis, dimensiones y unidades para la construcción de un instrumento (Parra, 2010; Hoyos Botero, 2000; Galeano y Vélez, 2002; citados por Gómez, Galeano y Jaramillo, 2015). Se presenta los modelos que abordan los constructos y su aplicación modulada en el contexto organizacional y se propone la metodología de validación de jueces expertos. Abstract: The present study is based on a qualitative research methodology, through a theoretical-documentary revision, which corresponds to a state of the art methodology and documentary, considering qualitative and documentary aspects of interpretive analytical character allowing to identify the current state of evaluation of the perceptions of stability and occupational labor security related to the contracting modalities used by the organizations; methodology that guides the establishment of the categories of analysis, dimensions and units in the construction of an instrument (Parra, 2010; Hoyos Botero, 2000; Galeano y Vélez, 2002; cited by Gómez, Galeano y Jaramillo, 2015).
