En este contexto se entiende como responsabilidad social empresarial a toda acción o contribución por parte de una organización para generar desarrollo organizacional y posible crecimiento; de igual manera, disminuir o mejorar aspectos sociales, ambientales y económicos en una población determinada, lo cual implica ayudar al mejoramiento de la calidad de vida. The present work is an approach to the concept and the respective practices in corporate social responsibility (CSR) regarding the utility Aguas y Aguas de Pereira and their respective users.
