Giraldo Osorio, Melisa2020-08-19T16:05:29Z2020-08-19T16:05:29Z2020-07-27DDMARQ143https://repositorio.ucp.edu.co/entities/publication/6c35652d-2c18-4d7c-9307-2f39dbc8be7bTrabajo de Grado (Arquitecta), Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira, 2020.Cuando promovemos la localización de los usos del suelo, no solo es importante tener en cuenta las características, aptitudes y oportunidades del territorio que se oferta o propone , sino también considerar las restricciones normativas, ambientales y técnicas que se imponen sobre dicho uso, sin embargo en el área de estudio se evidencia una ocupación que en la mayoría de los casos pasa a ser invasiva generando desequilibrios y abusos sobre lo natural, lo cual ocasiona consecuencias hacia la escases y calidad del agua siendo así en un 90% inducido por los seres humanos ,Por ello este proyecto busca analizar integralmente los componentes estructurados que hay en el sector para así cruzar estas variables con el sistema natural y tener una serie de resultados o conclusiones para producir estrategias ,lineamientos y criterios de diseño que configuran la proyección del proyecto arquitectónico En conclusión, se establece los principales elementos para la proyección de las necesidades de este territorio, a su vez y paralelo a este proceso se hacen trabajos colectivos con la comunidad para profundizar en los aspectos más relevantes de este proceso, además se realiza una extracción de casos de estudio que dieron solución arquitectónicamente a problemáticas similares de la situación presente.\Abstract : When promoting the location of land uses, it is not only important to take into account the characteristics, skills and opportunities of the territory that is offered or proposed, but also to consider the regulatory, environmental and technical restrictions that are imposed on said use, however In the study area, an occupation that in most cases becomes invasive is evident, generating imbalances and abuses on the natural, which causes consequences towards the scarcity and quality of water, thus being 90% induced by human beings. Therefore, this project seeks to comprehensively analyze the structured components in the sector in order to cross these variables with the natural system and have a series of results or conclusions to produce strategies, guidelines and design criteria that configure the projection of the architectural project.
