Las prácticas se realizaron en la sede de Pereira, la cual se encuentra el Delivery Center (Centro de producción de Software), aquí es donde se encuentran los desarrolladores de software y los analistas de prueba. Debido a la gran cantidad de proyectos que maneja esta empresa, se contratan varios practicantes que puedan servir como apoyo y a su vez ellos puedan adquirir conocimiento y experiencia en esta área. El objetivo principal de esta práctica fue la de ayudar con el proyecto Itinerarios formativos, el cual es un proyecto que aún no estaba completamente terminado, la tarea principal fue de apoyar con pequeños desarrollos en este proyecto, a su vez sugerir que mejoras se le podrían añadir o cambiar a todo el sistema. Para lograr todo eso, se realizaron varias capacitaciones en los diferentes lenguajes de programación en los que se ambientaba este proyecto, todas estas capacitaciones se hacían mediante cursos en la plataforma de Udemy. Por otra parte, se elaboró el diseñó desde cero del manual de usuario para poder así asociarse un poco más con este proyecto y tener documentado todo el funcionamiento de este mismo. Al final de la práctica se logró participar en más de siete capacitaciones, cursos que fueron establecidos por el jefe inmediato, posterior a eso, se contribuyó en la modificación de un módulo del sistema junto con los demás practicantes, se encontrar diversos errores funcionales en el programa, los cuales se reportaron para darle solución inmediata y se terminó de construir el manual de usuario con todas las especificaciones pedidas por el tutor. / Abstract: The company where the academic practices were conducted is Indra, it is a Spanish company with several offices in Colombia for more than 20 years in which they are dedicated to technological development in the Transport & Defense, Energy, and Information Technology sectors. The practice was carried out in Pereira, which is the Delivery Center (Software Production Center), this is where the software developers and test analysts are located. Due to the large number of projects that this company handles, several interns are hired who can serve as support and in turn they can acquire knowledge and experience in this area. The main objective of this internship was to help with the project called Itinerarios formativos, which is a project that was not yet finished, the main task was to support with small developments in this project, as well as suggest what improvements could be made. add or change to the whole system. To achieve all this, several trainings were carried out in the different programming languages in which this project was set, all these trainings were done through courses on the Udemy platform. On the other hand, the user manual was requested to be able to associate a little more with this project and to have documented all the operation of this project.
