Description
Summary:This article examines entrepreneurial leadership from two perspectives. The first is from outside the organization, aimed at responding to customers' and markets' needs in order to create added value and to gain competitive advantages. The second perspective is from inside the organization, seeking to explore the entrepreneur's endogenous factors in which values and practices must acquire priority to give meaning to the workforce, generate trust through empowerment, obtain personal credibility, ensure equilibrium between rationality and intuition, and administer a life project oriented toward community service.
