Para cumplir con los elementos que buscan justificar este proyecto, se plantean tres objetivos, estos van encaminados a un estudio de mercado que permita entender la situación en el entorno, una estructuración del portafolio de servicios y un plan de comercialización de los productos generados. Con el desarrollo del proyecto, se logró identificar una posibilidad enfocada en estructurar podcast acerca de las narrativas empresariales y en capacitar a las organizaciones en lo que respecta a la producción de piezas comunicativas. Abstract: This work seeks to investigate and raise the possibility of structuring a podcast production company focused on companies and organizations in the city of Pereira, for this, a statement of reasons is raised about why to raise the project, these are focused on the need for social communicators to establish sources for the development of their career and the broad contribution to the society around them. In order to comply with the elements that seek to justify this project, three objectives are proposed, these are aimed at a market study that allows understanding the situation in the environment, a structuring of the portfolio of services and a marketing plan for the products generated.
