Sánchez Gaviria, Andrea Estefanía2017-08-02T16:07:50Z2017-08-02T16:07:50Z2017-07-11DDMARQ61https://repositorio.ucp.edu.co/entities/publication/5bc24c8e-f506-487e-9e00-5a69040bbbdeTrabajo de gradoEl proyecto de investigación comprende el proceso de análisis, diagnóstico y propuesta para el corregimiento de Arauca Caldas ubicado en Palestina, se encuentra en el proceso una serie de problemáticas en el sector este proyecto apunta directamente a solucionar las problemáticas asociadas al factor del riesgo, de ahí comprende la solución de otras problemáticas como lo son sociales, de espacio público y viales sin dejar a un lado la principal determinante la cual es rehabilitación de la línea férrea tramo Arauca , con la respectiva restauración del elemento patrimonio arquitectónico estación de tren. Con lo anterior se propone un parque lineal que será la conexión transversal de todo el corregimiento, solucionando no solo la relocalización de las viviendas en muy alto riesgo por estar ubicadas en la ladera con pendiente mayor al 40% lo que recupera la capa vegetal y propone puntos estratégicos que aprovechan las caraterísticas visuales del lugar, además se propone la habilitación del suelo para generar espacio público y un parque para el colegio Monseñor Alfonso de los Rios, y la intervención de la plaza Simón Bolivar y su respectivo cambio de uso institucional alrededor de la misma lo que cambiará el ámbito de todo el lugar a uno cívico, seguido a esto se propone un boulevar comercial, y una plazoleta cultural que servirá a la estación de tren que tendrá un nuevo uso como Biblioteca estación Arauca, finalizando con unos miradores de borde de río, todo esto con la excusa de conectar los elementos naturales principales, es decir, la ladera Monte Oscuro y el río Cauca./ Abstract: The research project comprises the analysis, diagnosis and proposal process for the Arauca Caldas district located in Palestine, a series of problems in the sector are in the process.
