El reciclaje del parque construido nace como una alternativa para suplir las necesidades específicas, viendo las edificaciones como contenedores de energía, esto en respuesta a la carencia de espacio y en relación con el área de impacto que puedan ser encontradas en el marco de intervención del centro expandido, activando esta energía potencial por medio de la reutilización y recuperación de edificaciones en desuso por medio de un sistema de elementos que son introducidos al interior de la edificación, los cuales se encargan de potenciar las relaciones donde confluyen las actividades específicas y del conjunto de edificaciones, generando nuevas dinámicas de ocupación conformando un hecho arquitectónico que se concibe en función de la comunidad.
