Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira, 2010Este portafolio muestra el desarrollo del proceso de PROYECTOX, del programa de arquitectura de la UCPR en el cual se tiene como temática El concurso binacional Universitario del área Andina Reasentamiento y Desarrollo en Pasto. En esta práctica académica se busca una concientización directa, la cual de manera creativa y propositiva de una solución clara y franca al problema que hoy por hoy enfrenta nuestro territorio frente al tema de vivienda. Por ende se realiza un análisis detallado acerca de la forma de vida del área andina, las prácticas religiosas, sociales, ritos y modelos de ocupación del territorio, obteniendo como resultado parámetros claros que son fundamentales en la comprensión del territorio y por supuesto de los grupos sociales desarrollados en la zava. El fin de obtener conclusiones claras y específicas sobre los sectores a reasentar, mas que un reasentamiento forzado se da un alto grado de compromiso por brindar a la población alta calidad física-espacial, y un alto grado de comprensión frente a su modelo de habitar el territorio. De igual manera las propuestas con un enfoque sustentable del territorio y una apropiación de las practicas culturales de la comunidad obtendrá como resultado una solución orientada a mejorar la calidad de la población a reasentar, brindando altos niveles de confort respetando las tipologías de emplazamiento, con un plan de desarrollo controlado que respeta el medio físico ambiental y las practicas culturales de la comunidad. / Abstract: This portfolio shows the development of the project process X Of the program of architecture of the UCPR in which there takes Recession and Development as a subject matter the binational University contest of the Andean area in Pasture In this academic practice a direct awareness is looked Which in a creative way and propositiva of a clear solution and Franc to the problem that today per today faces our territory opposite to the topic of housing.
