Facultad de Ciencias Humanas, Sociales y de la Educación, Pereira, 2022En los últimos 10 años en materia de Educación Religiosa Escolar se han realizado muchos esfuerzos por definir su estatuto epistemológico y pedagógico, sin embargo, hay un elemento fundamental y subjetivo que influye directamente en su enseñanza. Este elemento es la concepción de ERE que tiene el docente, pues de ello, depende su actuación en el aula. Considerando esto, la presente investigación se propuso descubrir ¿Qué concepción de Educación Religiosa Escolar tienen los maestros en formación de la Licenciatura en Educación Religiosa de la Universidad Católica de Pereira y cómo se relaciona con su práctica pedagógica? Por eso, definió teóricamente qué es la concepción, la práctica pedagógica, la Educación Religiosa Escolar, el pensamiento docente y el maestro en formación. También escogió una metodología de alcance relacional, de tipo cualitativa, con diseño de teoría fundamentada y la técnica que utilizó fue la entrevista y observación con participación pasiva. Al finalizar el proceso investigativo, se identificó que ciertos elementos son fundamentales al momento de descubrir la concepción de ERE de cada maestro y que algunas decisiones pedagógicas guardan estrecha relación con dicha concepción. Teniendo en cuenta esto, se pudo evidenciar que existen seis diferentes concepciones de Educación Religiosa Escolar que van desde una ERE abierta a diferentes cosmovisiones, a una ERE donde Jesús es fundamental, tal como lo es para los estándares propuestos por la Conferencia Episcopal de Colombia. Estas concepciones son muy importantes, puesto que son elementos que influyen en la enseñanza de la Educación Religiosa Escolar en el contexto colombiano.In the last 10 years in the field of School Religious Education many efforts have been made to define its epistemological and pedagogical status, however, there is a fundamental and subjective element that directly influences its teaching. This element is the conception of ERE that the teacher has, because his performance in the classroom depends on it. Considering this, the present research aimed to discover what conception of School Religious Education do teachers in training of the Bachelor's Degree in Religious Education of the Catholic University of Pereira have and how does it relate to their pedagogical practice? Therefore, it defined theoretically what conception is, pedagogical practice, School Religious Education, teaching thought and the teacher in training. It also chose a methodology of relational scope, of qualitative type, with a grounded theory design and the technique it used was the interview and observation with passive participation. At the end of the research process, it was identified that certain elements are fundamental at the time of discovering the conception of ERE of each teacher and that some pedagogical decisions are closely related to this conception. Taking into account this, it was evident that there are six different conceptions of School Religious Education ranging from an ERE open to other worldviews, to an ERE where Jesus is fundamental.
